Accountable for timely completion of program and project milestones, as well as financial and quality performance - Manages program management office (PMO) teams associated with program controls (budget, schedule, and risk), regulatory compliance, land and right-of-way acquisition, public relations, and best practices in program and project delivery. - Assists owner teams in Capital Improvement Program (CIP) management, governance, and organizational structure development and consulting. - Evaluates staffing levels and training needs throughout the duration of the Program to meet Program/project needs and works with the Program Management Service Delivery Lead in securing resources required to deliver services specified in the contract scope with a focus on contract compliance. - Manages and mentors program and project staff to facilitate retention and professional development of a talented team. - Enforces Program quality control policy. - Participates in existing Carollo programs throughout North America to supplement the team’s expertise. - Advises and assists Carollo marketing teams and Client Service Managers on prospective and targeted pursuits related to Program Management services. - Assists in selected acquisition efforts for Program Management services, including positioning, development of Statement of Qualifications and Proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations.
